If you are searching for Toyota service then you are lucky to have found ToyoTechs. In the customer service landscape of 2011, they are uniquely gracious, honest and helpful. Last week we were en route to Disney World. Our 2008 Highlander Hybrid was packed full, three excited kids were strapped in their carseats, and just as we were to pull onto I-75 . . .the driver’s side window would not roll up. I called ToyoTechs and they said to come right over. They disassembled the door/window apparatus, found the problem, fixed it, and 30 minutes later we were back on the highway (in Atlanta traffic). They were friendly, efficient but thorough, and always reasonably priced. I will continue to refer every Toyota or Lexus driver I know to ToyoTechs.

I have been a loyal customer of ToyoTechs since I bought my 4runner years ago.  I have since sent my in-laws to see Fred and Joe about the Toyotas they own.  A recent trip to ToyoTechs revealed an oil burning problem and my mother-in-law was told she should have had some recall work done at the dealership.  Rather than charge her for a replacement motor or cost of a re-build, she was told to go directly to the dealership and ask for the service manager.  Toyota rebuilt her engine under warranty and gave her an 8 year/80K mile warranty.  This saved her thousands of dollars and proved to me how honestly ToyoTechs deals with the public.  She would have gladly paid to have her engine rebuilt.

I have used ToyoTechs for years and have always had terrific service.  This past visit was no exception.  I brought my car in for a problem that could have been incredibly expensive to fix.  Joe found a company to rebuild a key part and worked with them until it fixed the problem.  The ToyoTechs team worked out every issue and gave me a car that runs better than ever, without breaking the bank.  The customer service I experienced throughout was outstanding.  As a woman, it especially nice to know I have a team I can absolutely rely on.

I brought in my 2002 4Runner when I started to experience a little vibration when applying the brakes, convinced that I needed new brakes.  ToyoTechs called me shortly after I dropped off my car to let me know that I still had 30% and 60% brake life left in front and rear brakes and asked me to bring my car back later since I didn’t need new brakes right now.  They also explained the cause of the vibration and told me to not worry.  Since I bought my first car at the age of 16, some 29 years ago, I have never been more pleased and impressed with the degree of professionalism, honesty and integrity than I experienced at ToyoTechs.  The staff was not only fully knowledgeable and experts at their craft, they were kind, polite and treated me with the utmost respect, an art that is unfortunately lost on some businesses.  I am now a customer of ToyoTechs for life and will refer them to anyone I know who owns the brands they service.  Thank you!

I must thank Fred at ToyoTechs as he helped me out of a jam.  I got my oil changed at another store and they had to jump start my car and said to get my battery checked.  So I went to an automotive store and they had a hand held unit that tested and said the battery was good.  I was still not satisfied and went over to ToyoTechs, on a Friday, after 6:30 pm.  Low and behold, Fred was still there and said he would be happy to check it out for me.  He did and found that the battery was not good.  He also addressed other potential problems that would cause a car to not start.  He changed the battery for me and I left feeling assured that the problem was solved.  I have not had any problems starting since.  Thanks again Fred and ToyoTechs!

It’s been awhile since I experienced the service I had recently (yesterday in fact) with a repair shop.  The staff was courteous, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.  They reviewed my bill with me, it was just a very pleasant experience.  I went to a shop in Mississippi years ago that specialized in Toyotas and Nissan.  I didn’t think I would ever find a replacement for them or someone of equal value until I found you guys.  Thanks for taking care of my truck and doing such a great job.

Our 2000 Sienna van was having problems that I thought had to do with the transmission. As it turned out, the coils and plug wires had to be replaced.  We also knew about leaking valve cover gaskets.  Since the wires had to go, Fred suggested it would make good sense to replace the gaskets at the same time.  Thank you for combining these two things together.  We will continue to use your business for all our service needs.

More than once, I asked Fred to take more money than he charged because I believed he did far more work than I was paying for. His good will has me come back gladly and recommend him whole-heartedly to others. I’ve been taking my Lexus to Toyotechs for about two years. Twice I thought I had a major problem and each time it turns out to be a very simple thing – battery instead of starter – some brake fluid instead of major brake repairs – Toyotechs are great! Thank you for all your help with my car in the past and currently. It is refreshing to know you guys always have the customers best interest in mind.

Just a note of appreciation to thank you for your courtesy yesterday in extending your expertise and the resources of your company to our niece, who was visiting from Waycross. As you may recall, she was apprehensive (as my wife and I were) about returning home after it appeared that her Toyota may have been overheating.
